DELVIC were not for the faint of heart.
Never the ones to compromise or submit to passing trends, the hard
and heavy quartet delivered tense, tight, angular rock seething
with dark, unsettling ferocity. Definitely not for the casual listener,
DELVIC composed writhing, winding songs full of melodically abrasive
riffs lurking somewhere near the brink of panic. Along the way were
a few moments of quiet reflection that manage to breath depth and
even beauty into their compositions. Formed in the summer of 97',
DELVIC spent their years honing their sound into a razor sharp machine,
sharing the stage with the likes of Rye Coalition, Dillenger Escape
Plan, Cave In, Thursday, Anodyne, Drowningman, and No Knife.
